Maxmm Walk-In Tubs

Walk-in tubs & safer bathing in Ontario, CA

Who you talk to, and what to ask them

How Our Network Works

Who You Talk To

Maxmm Walk-In Tubs is a referral service, so there is no crew to send out. When you reach out, someone takes down basic details about your bathroom and your project. Then you are connected with an independent provider in our network who may serve your area.

That provider is the person who talks about the job, visits your home and does the work.

What the Provider May Ask You

Expect simple questions. Having your folder nearby makes this easy.

  • What is the tub size, and how much open floor is around it?
  • Is the floor a slab or raised? Where do the pipes run?
  • Who will use the bath, and what makes bathing hard today?
  • Do you want a walk-in tub, or a low-entry shower?
  • Are there leaks, soft spots or damage you have noticed?

Photos help a lot here. Send them if the provider asks.

Questions Worth Asking a Provider

Jot these down before the call:

  • Is the quote in writing, and what does it include?
  • What could change the price once work starts?
  • Who handles permits, if any are needed?
  • How long will the bathroom be out of use?
  • Can you document any damage you find for a claim?
  • What happens if something fails after install?

You Stay in Charge

Talking to a provider is not a commitment. You can compare more than one quote, ask for changes, or say no. Typical costs vary a lot by job, so get a written quote before you decide anything.

If a provider rushes you or will not put things in writing, step back and keep looking.
