If the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, products, warranties and customer service. If work in your home went badly, it usually helps to take the matter to the provider first and keep a written record.

Please tell us as well. Feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Keep in mind that Maxmm Walk-In Tubs cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, refund money for a provider's work or act for a provider.

If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask us to take another look. Your state attorney general, a state consumer protection office or the local Better Business Bureau may also be able to help. For licensed contractors, your state's contractor licensing board may be another option.
