Our Accessibility Statement
Last updated: October 2026
Maxmm Walk-In Tubs wants maxmm.buzz to work for everyone, including older visitors and people with disabilities. This statement explains how we approach that. It is a general template, not legal advice.
What We Are Aiming For
We want as many people as possible to be able to use this website. We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA.
Steps We Take
Our practices include efforts to:
- Use clear headings in a sensible reading order
- Describe meaningful images with text
- Keep text large, with strong color contrast
- Make each page workable with a keyboard
- Lay pages out so they read well on phones, tablets and computers
- Write in plain, simple language
- Label form fields clearly and keep forms short
Where We Fall Short
Some parts of the site may still miss these guidelines. Embedded tools and other third-party content can sit partly outside our control. We check the site on a regular basis and fix problems when we find them.
If the Site Is Hard to Use
You can still get help. Request a callback to speak with a provider, or email contact@maxmm.buzz and we'll do our part to assist. A family member or caregiver is welcome to reach out for you.
Tell Us What Went Wrong
If something on the site gives you trouble, let us know by emailing contact@maxmm.buzz. It helps to share:
- Which page or feature caused the problem
- What happened and what you expected instead
- Your browser, device and any assistive software, if you can tell us
We'll read your message and aim to reply within a few business days.
Never Finished
Accessibility is ongoing work. As we update the website, we'll keep making it better.
Reach a local provider
Questions about a walk-in tub or shower conversion? Request a callback to check provider availability, or send a request and a local provider will follow up.
