Why We Exist
Most people shop for a safer bath after something scary, like a slip or a hard climb over the tub wall. They are stressed, and they do not know what to ask. So we pair some hands-on prep with calm guidance. Measure, snap, jot. Then put it all in one folder.
A folder before an estimate means better questions and clearer quotes.
What You Can Do Yourself
You can safely do a lot before anyone visits:
- Measure the tub, the doorway and the open floor space.
- Photograph the tub, the walls, the floor and the shutoff valves.
- Note the age of the water heater and any past leaks or soft spots.
- Write down who will use the bath and what is hard for them.
Know where to stop. Cutting into walls, moving plumbing and wiring a pump are provider jobs.
How Providers Are Matched
You tell us about your project and your area. We pass your details to a provider in our network that may serve your address. The provider contacts you to talk through the job and, if it makes sense, set up a visit.
What We Ask of Providers
Providers in our network are independent businesses. We expect them to be upfront about pricing, give written quotes and treat your home with care. They are responsible for their own licensing, insurance and work.
What We Do Not Do
Maxmm Walk-In Tubs does not install tubs, build showers, handle plumbing or manage your project. We do not set prices, and we do not promise what a provider will quote. We also do not give insurance advice. Some policies may cover sudden damage, so check your policy, and ask the provider whether they can help document the damage for a claim.
How We Are Paid
Providers in the network may pay Maxmm Walk-In Tubs a referral fee when a homeowner connects with them. You pay the provider for the work, under the terms of your written quote. Asking for an estimate carries no obligation.
